- An 80% cancellation fee will be collected for any NO SHOWS or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. No refunds or partial refunds. All lash extensions have a 2 day warranty from the date of service. (Foreign fills are excluded) 2 day warranty only applies to NEW FULL SETS (not fills). FOREIGN fills are excluded and the warranty is VOIDED. All foreign fills will be evaluated first and discussed. All lash artists use different methods, products, brands, etc., mixing these techniques can cause retention issues. After 2 days from date of service there will be a $30 fee applied to fix any imperfections on all NEW SETS. DEPOSITS: are NON REFUNDABLE POLICIES: If you are 15 min late, we will try our best to make your lashes look as full as possible. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a NEW deposit will be required to rebook. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please come alone, this time is reserved specifically for you. Eyes must be clean and free of makeup. Otherwise there will be a $10 fee for makeup removal and time spent. Appointments can take anywhere from 1 hour to 2.5 hours.
